Whistleblower System
Whistleblower System – Acting Responsibly Together
Compliance with laws, internal policies, and our Code of Conduct is of utmost importance to tk accelis. Conducting business responsibly and with integrity protects our employees, our company, customers, suppliers, business partners, and society.
Reports of potential violations can help prevent damage, protect human rights, ensure fair working conditions, and strengthen confidence in our company.
That is why we at tk accelis are committed to an open “speak-up” culture: Anyone who has genuine concerns or observes a potential violation must be able to address them without fear of retaliation. Our whistleblower system provides a secure channel for reporting potential violations, risks, and misconduct confidentially—even anonymously, if you choose so.

What information helps with the investigation?
Please describe the facts as precisely as possible. You do not need to know all the details to submit a report. However, it is helpful if you can provide the following information, to the extent possible:
· What happened or could happen?
· When and where did the incident occur?
· Which individuals, departments, companies, or business partners are involved?
· Are there any documents, messages, photos, or other information that back up the report?
· Is there a current risk, or is urgent action required?
Confidentiality and Protection Against Retaliation
All incoming reports – in particular the identity of the reporter and the individuals named in the report – are treated with strict confidentiality. The individuals responsible for handling reports are impartial, independent, and bound by a duty of secrecy.
Raising a suspicion against another person can have serious consequences for that person. Therefore, it is important that the tk accelis Whistleblowing System be used responsibly.
However, anyone who submits a report in good faith does not have to fear any adverse consequences – even if the reported suspicion turns out to be unfounded in retrospect.
Further information on the procedure can be found in the Whistleblowing Rules of Procedure.
